Royalty and Advertising Contribution

There will also be the royalty and advertising contribution fees. These are not required upfront based on the nature of how they are calculated but they are expenses related to owning and operating your franchise.

Royalty

Royalty payments are 3.5% of your gross sales for continuous field support assistance. As a franchisee, you will make royalty payments to be a licensed user of our registered trademarks, the logo, systems of operation, recipes, etc.

Advertising

Advertising payments are 5% of your gross sales. This money is applied to your local advertising and is never sent to us. We require an accounting of advertising monies spent within 10 days of the final day of each calendar quarter. This ensures that you are doing your part to market the business and ensure its continuity and its success. We are interested in this because your success is our success.

As a BC Pizza franchisee, you will have plenty of franchise support whenever you need it. A representative will always be with you when requested during normal business hours. We also provide marketing material in the form of flyers for the franchise to ensure you have the tools you need to market your franchise adequately and successfully. If there is anything in the contract that is not clear to you, just give us a call or drop us a line through our contact us page.

*Items 5, 6 and 7 of the Franchise Disclosure Document require further consultation for a more detailed description of your total estimated initial investment and other costs and expenses associated with the ownership and operation of your BC PIZZA franchise. The typical lease space is 2,000-3,000 square feet. Costs are reasonable estimates based on our regional experience. Prices will vary in different territories.
